ESN's quarterly meeting in September featured a robust discussion about key education issues facing the state. The well-attended meeting featured discussions about policy priorities and how ESN should go about approving them in the future. That's when members voted to add a meeting to the calendar to review and finalize ESN 2014 priorities.
The policy discussion was led by new ESN steering committee members Keviin Washington of Tabor 100. In addition, Lynne Tucker of Schools Out Washington, also a new steering committee member, discussed how her organization conducts its outreach program.
